Overview

The Drum Lid Opener DCM 07 has been upgraded by Trieu Vu, replacing it entirely with explosion-proof brass material to enhance safety during usage. This tool still integrates three functions into one product to reduce the risk of electric sparks, provide an anti-slip handle, and offer a product hanging system when not in use. These factors are additional improvements to this product line.

The Drum Lid Opener (made of explosion-proof brass) is typically installed in chemical manufacturing workshops. It is specialized for opening and closing various types of twist caps on steel drums with capacities of 18 liters, 200 liters, 220 liters, or other sizes (all caps share a common standard size, so customers don’t need to worry about cap dimensions). Additionally, it is used to easily and quickly remove snap-on caps (seal caps).

In less than 20 seconds, users can open both types of drum twist caps, facilitating the process of accessing chemicals using manual pumps or tilting drum handling equipment. The third function is an added feature that allows customers to easily remove drum seal caps quickly, eliminating the need for shears or improvised tools, which can be dangerous and time-consuming.

Easy to Use and Store: Similar to steel-based drum opening tools, when the parts are connected via welding and cannot be separated, the DCM 07 drum lid opener with brass material ensures that all parts are securely connected. The only difference is that the handle and lid opener components are precisely joined using threads and secured with high-powered machines, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the product. Additionally, the user-friendly operation involves counter-clockwise twisting to instantly open the caps, saving both time and effort. Storage is hassle-free due to the slender design of the product, and the rust-resistant brass material allows for easy polishing to maintain the product’s appearance after prolonged use.
